Creating "Legendary Luxury" for one the US' top up and coming resorts.
During my time at Coffee Ridge Resort, I lead creative strategies and executions of owned media including email marketing, social media, stationery, press kits, and promotional items alongside the CEO, Deborah Hatley, and General Manager, Terry Spalding. Using Sprout Social, I created and managed brand campaign content calendars to grow their social media presence. During this time I also constructed art direction and produced photoshoots, video shoots, and motion graphics. We ensured all marketing communications across various channels and departments remained consistent and aligned with strategic marketing goals and brand guidelines. We improved strategy and tactics to create interest, demand, and recognition of the brand using performance-driven design; including strategy, implementation, execution, and interpretation of data collected. I designed, produced, and updated printed and digital marketing collateral such as social media assets, banners, signage, web graphics, trade show booths, sales/ corporate presentations, web mockups, display ads, and landing pages. During my time at Coffee Ridge, I worked with the CEO and General Manager on developing extensive brand guidelines including defining styles, brand promise, tone of voice, personality, and usage throughout brand assets. We established an email marketing newsletter through MailChimp. Through this newsletter, a group of individuals known as "The Society" received exclusive project updates, insider views of the dwellings that were being built, and access to exclusive products on e-commerce.
